No. The initial consultation is complimentary. We come out, walk the property with you, listen to what you are picturing, and talk honestly about what the site will and will not allow before anyone commits to anything.

Gunite is formed on site, so it can be any shape, depth or finish you want, and it suits awkward or sloping lots. Fiberglass arrives as a single shell, which means a faster installation and a very smooth surface, but a fixed range of shapes. We will walk you through both against your lot and your budget rather than pushing one.
Either. Plenty of projects are a single patio or a run of privacy planting. Others are a complete backyard: pool, pavilion, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, planting and lighting, designed together so it reads as one space instead of five separate purchases.
Yes. We handle pool maintenance and winterization, so the pool we built for you stays in the condition we handed it over in.
It depends entirely on scope, permitting and weather. A patio can be a couple of weeks; a full backyard with a pool, a pavilion and planting runs considerably longer. We give you a realistic schedule at design stage and tell you promptly if anything changes it.
